Alla Ezhova graduated with honors from the Moscow Institute of National Economy named after G.V. Plekhanov (now the Russian Economic Academy) with a degree in Economics. She completed a MBA programme at the University of  Maryland (USA). Alla is the Certified Russian Statutory Auditor.

Alla has 25 years of professional experience in accounting and audit.  She carried out professional activity in various areas, specializing in insurance and construction.  She has wide practical experience in applying Russian and International Standards on Auditing.

Alla is the author of numerous publications on financial subject, carries out lecture activity in IFRS for chief accountants.
