A regular meeting of Emerging Economies Group of IFRS Foundation took place on May 3-4, 2016 in Istanbul, Turkey. Dmitry Weinstein, the Member of National Accounting Standards Board of the NOFA Foundation made a report on accounting for government assistance.

In the letter addressed to the President of the Presidium of NOFA Foundation Iliya Trunin, Deputy Finance Minister on behalf of Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation expressed gratitude to the NOFA Foundation and Dmitry Weinstein personally for the report.
