In accordance with the agreement between the NOFA Foundation and International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), NOFA is designated as the translating body for the authorized Russian translation of the Handbook of International Quality Control, Auditing, Review, Other Assurance, and Related Services Pronouncements.

IFAC owns the copyright in the Handbook of International Quality Control, Auditing, Review, Other Assurance and Related Services Pronouncements, including its Russian translation undertaken by or for NOFA Foundation.

IFAC refers to the International Federation of Accountants, the global organization for the accountancy profession dedicated to serving the public interest by strengthening the profession and contributing to the development of strong international economies.
