Natalya Pankova graduated from Moscow Technological Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry (Moscow State University of Applied Biotechnology) with a degree in "Economics and organization of food production." Natalya is a Certified Russian Auditor, Certified Internal Auditor (IFA, UK), a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Certified Public Accountant.

More than 20 years of her working experience are connected with the audit conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing in big Russian companies, groups of metallurgical, chemical, energy, engineering and coal companies.

Natalya also has extensive expertise (over 10 years) in organizing and managing internal audit projects in big Russian groups of companies in accordance with International Standards on Internal Auditing.
