On December 21, 2012 the press conference on the occasion of signing of the agreement on the translation of the International Standards into Russian between the NOFA Foundation and the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) took place

On December 21, 2012 a press conference and a reception organized by the NOFA Foundation with the support of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, on the occasion of signing of the agreement on the translation of the International Standards into Russian between the NOFA Foundation and the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) was held in Marriott Royal Aurora hotel. Members of the Board of trustees, National council for standards and experts of the NOFA Foundation, representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, Bank of Russia, FFMS and other government bodies took part in the event. Mass media were presented by such editions as the Ekonomika I Zhizn newspaper, magazines: "Corporate financial statements", "Audit", "Actual accounting", "The International Accounting", and also Prime-TASS agency, Voice of Russia radio station, RTV "Moscow area".
