Igor Kozyrev
Lukoil Deputy Chief Accountant.

Graduate of Moscow Institute of Finance, Russia.
1981-1989 – employee of Control and Audit Administration of Moscow Region Department under the Ministry of Finance of the USSR.
1989-1992 – worked in AO Inaudit, the first audit firm in the USSR established  under the Ministry of Finance of the USSR.
After the termination of the activities at the Ministry of Finance of the USSR, from 1992 to 1993 he was a partner in Adviser audit firm created on the basis of one of Inaudit units.
1993-2000 – worked in international audit firm KPMG. For two years he participated in TACIS program for accounting reform in the Russia.
Since 2000 – deputy chief accountant for preparation consolidated financial statements of LUKOIL Group.
Attended intensive training course in IFRS. Has
publicationsonIFRSproblems.
Mr.Kozyrev is a Certified Auditor in General Audit – Russia and has Executive MBA certificate of University of Bristol (UK).
Mr.Kozyrev is a member of the working group on the translation of IFRS into Russian.
From 2003 – Chairman of the Management Board of the NOFA Foundation, since December 2004 – member of the NOFA Management Board.
