The decision was made on changes in structure of the Management Board and the National Accounting Standards Board.

On February 20, meeting of the Management Board of the NOFA Foundation was held at which the decision on changes in structure of the Management Board and the National Accounting Standards Board (NASB) was made.

On December 17, 2013 a reception devoted to the 10 anniversary of the National Organization for Financial Accounting and Reporting Standards (the NOFA Foundation) took place in Marriott Royal Aurora hotel in Moscow.

The NOFA Foundation received from the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation the document "Conceptual Framework for Financial Reporting" for carrying out applicability expertise of IFRSs in the territory of Russia.

The international and Russian standards on auditing will become uniform. On December 11, 2013 National Organization for Financial Accounting and Reporting Standards Foundation arranged a press breakfast devoted to signing of the contract between the NOFA Foundation and the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).
