Igor Kozyrev, Chairman of the Management Board of the NOFA Foundation and Askold Birin, Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of the NOFA Foundation took part in the 19th World Congress of Accountants. The Congress was organized by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) and the National Council of Commercial and Accounting Experts of Italy and held on November 10-13 of this year in Rome (Italy).

The NOFA Foundation was addressed about the revealed potential distinction between Russian and English texts of paragraph 15A of IAS 17 "Leases".

Concerning the received address, expertize will be carried out. In the course of this expertise the potential distinction specified in the address will be considered regarding compliance of the text in Russian to the text in English.

The NOFA Foundation – the co-organizer of a round table "Consolidation of professional activity in the accounting and audit area"

On March 5, 2014 a regular meeting of National Accounting Standards Board (NASB) of the NOFA Foundation took place.
