On November 15, 2011 the Round Table devoted to the discussion of IFRS development agenda and Russian constituents’ views, organized by the NOFA Foundation in association with the Finance Ministry of the Russian Federation was held in the State University – the Higher School of Economics. As the result of this discussion the National Accounting Standards Board prepared and sent to the IASB a comment-letter regarding the IASB’s short-term proposed agenda.
