2000-2001  - deputy head of the Accounting and Reporting Methodology Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
2001-2002 – Technical Director of International Center for Accounting Reform.
2002-2004 – coordinator of the Program on International Financial Reporting Standards and Taxation of the Financial Markets Development Center.
2005 - 2007 - IFRS Director of Polyus gold-mining company.
Since 2007 - head of Corporate Reporting Department Joint-Stock Financial Corporation "Sistema"
Member of the Standards Advisory Council of IASB (London, Great Britain), Chairman of the Financial Reporting Board, member of the Presidential Council  of the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia, member of the Board of Experts under the Federal Financial Markets Service, member of the Advisory Board of Experts on management accounting under the Ministry for Economic Development and Trade of Russia, member of the Methodological Board on accounting under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
Author of “International Accounting Standards” handbook (2002).
Member of the NOFA Management Board since 2003.
Member of the National Accounting Standards Board of the NOFA since February 2006.
