On November 23, 2011 the National Organization for Financial Accounting and Reporting Standards held the Round Table “Practical issues of IFRS implementation in the Russian Federation”.  The event was co-sponsored by the National Organization for Financial Accounting and Reporting Standards and Delloite CIS and supported by the Ministry of Finance of RF.

On November 15, 2011 the NOFA Foundation organized the Round Table devoted to the discussion of IFRS development program and the opinion of the Russian professional community. The Round Table was organized in association with the Finance Ministry of RF and was held at the Higher School of Economics. In the framework of the Round Table in which representatives of accounting profession and expert community participated, the three-year work plan of the International Accounting Standards Board was discussed.

On April 12, 2011 at the Round Table held at the Higher School of Economics the National Organization for Financial and Accounting Reporting Standards in association with the Finance Ministry of RF presented drafts of four accounting standards.
