Yulia Abdumanapova graduated from Kyrgyz State National University with a degree in Finance and Credit and holds a Master of Economics Administration degree from the University of Clermont-Ferrand, France. Yulia is a certified auditor in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

Yulia has over 15 years of experience in tax area including work experience in Big Four companies. She is a member of several expert groups for improvement of legislation of Kyrgyzstan. Yulia Abdumanapova has an extensive experience in auditing of financial statements prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and has excellent knowledge of corporate and tax legislation of Central Asia. She took part in several tax compliance and consulting projects for banks and other financial institutions, telecommunication organizations, oil, consumer goods enterprises and others in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
